This pretty 1950s Gevah branded floral rose print dress would lend itself easily as casual day wear or occasion wear. The dress is a soft cotton fabric with attractive summery rose print in dusk pink, lime and forest green set over simple white background. It is sleeveless, with a simple shift cut whereby the calf length skirt fans out subtly from the waistline with a soft front facing reverse pleat. The neckline is a narrow set boat neck that grazes the top of the breast. Neat darts below each breast create a flattering bodice and tidy waist line, with a camouflaged zip fastening to the left. The dress is unlined which gives it a light and airy feel when worn. It is in lovely condition and would best suit US size 6 - 8, UK size 10 - 12.
